Update Sierra ref

Update for Sierra, done in an hour no big whoop.

She looks more German Shepherd now. Added scar that I actually have, my real one is a nasty burn from a straightin' iron (embarrased) Sierra's was changed so it doesn't looks unnatural like mine would. Hers is from a fire or sumthin' idk : /
